We inherited an aging, structurally unsound, and water-damaged chimney from the previous property owner. It was imperative that we find a contractor who could provide immediate assistance and support. Craig, the owner of Osier Development, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and understanding of our situation. He promptly dispatched his team to address the urgent issue. We are extremely pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work provided by both parties involved. As a result, we have already scheduled additional projects with them. Craig was professional at all times ,great timely communication and excellent building work knowledge and onsite project management. The tradesman he contracted to rebuild our chimney , gable end wall and roof work not only did an excellent job but we're really nice to have around too! Reference Osier Developments We recently had work carried out on our Chalet Bungalow by Osier Developments. This included building an extension to be used for a Utility Room, a complete re fit of the kitchen involving extensive plumbing and building work with all ancillary trades being involved. There was also some alterations to the mezzanine floor in the garage and the roof space in the house. We were impressed with the standard of work and the efficient way it was carried out, all under the watchful eye of Craig Littler who runs the company. Nothing was too much trouble, any problems that arose during the course of construction were dealt with promptly and discussions with Craig were always on a friendly and courteous basis.
